Alex Sundich is an Executive Director of Bridge Street Capital Partners, which he co-founded in 2013.  Since inception, Bridge Street Capital has acted on approximately A$1.0 billion of completed transactions.  Alex is responsible for overall management of the firm as well as service delivery to a number of the firm’s clients in the areas of battery metals, renewable energy, hydrogen, carbon capture storage projects and information technology.

Previously, Alex had a 25-year career in investment banking in Sydney and New York, firstly with Credit Suisse First Boston and then Goldman Sachs, where he specialised in energy and natural resources M&A and capital markets transactions.  Following this and prior to Bridge Street Capital, he worked as CFO and Interim-CEO of an ASX200 company in the funds management industry. During this period, he was an early-stage investor and Non-Executive Director of Eastern Star Gas Limited, which was sold to Santos for A$1.2 billion in 2011.

 

Roderick Clarkson

Roderick Clarkson is an experienced corporate advisor in the resources sector and has a strong track record of delivering results for clients in capital raisings and M&A transactions. Rod has over 40 years experience in the securities industry having held senior positions within the stockbroking industry, primarily focused on resource sector coverage. He was the Head of Australian institutional sales in London for James Capel ‎(HSBC) (5years), Prudential Bache (5years) and BNP Paribas (4 years).

Returning to Australia in 2001, working for BNP Paribas he led a team to establish a securities firm for Investec Australia becoming Managing Director and head of Securities for Investec Australia.  Rod has an extensive domestic and offshore institutional client base he has built over many years.

Dr Chris Baker

Analyst

Dr Chris Baker is a geologist with 33 years of experience as an equity research analyst and fund manager in the global resources sector. He spent 10 years with Colonial First State, starting in 2001 as Senior Analyst and then Senior Portfolio Manager with the Global Resources Team. In 2011 he assisted with the development of a global resources investment product with the Caledonia group.

In 2015 he ceased full time employment, and now provides corporate advisory services to a limited number of mining industry clients and institutional investors on a part time basis.

Allen Chan

Executive Director

Allen brings over 20 years of experience working in funds management, stockbroking and corporate advisory. Allen worked at Colonial First State Global Asset Management as a senior equities trader. After working at CFS, utilising his funds management knowledge a path in corporate advisory was taken, specialising in companies with sub $500m market capitalisation. Allen is accredited with a Bachelor of Science, Mathematics and Computing. At Bridge Street Capital, Allen is primarily responsible for institutional sales in Australia and Asia.

Kurt Worden

Executive Director

Kurt has 18 years’ experience in technical and finance roles in the resources sector. He has held Associate Director roles at BurnVoir Corporate Finance, Kerr Allen Financial, and BBY, spanning corporate advisory, debt and equity capital markets, and equity research. Kurt was previously an exploration and project geologist at Geoscience Australia and Paradigm Metals Limited. He is accredited with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and Bachelor of Laws. At Bridge Street Capital, Kurt is primarily responsible for institutional sales across the resources sector.

David Stanford

Special Advisor

David is a specialist in property development, project management and syndication covering all aspects from commercial, residential, multi-use and land subdivisions. Originally he worked in Corporate Finance as a graduate for the AMP's investment banking arm then for Bain and Co (subsequently Deutsch Bank). He was then a Director of National Agencies CBRE and Stanton Hillier Parker before becoming a full time Developer and Corporate Property Adviser nearly 25 years ago. David is involved in developing property in Sydney's CBD and Fringe as well as residential land subdivisions in suburban and regional locations.

David is involved in Impact Investing and Strategy for a variety of Indigenous Land Councils and stakeholders. He also specialises in Biodiversity Offset Credits and management as well Carbon Credit blue and green and environmental sustainability initiatives involving land usage and optimisation. David is focused on the Green and Circular Economy and bringing in high quality ethical investors into joint venture partnerships often with Indigenous landowners. David focuses on obtaining excellent monetisation from the Natural Capital in Land.

Gordon Glasfurd

Executive Director

Gordon brings over 25 years of experience working in Debt Capital Markets and M&A with a proven track record across various industries and geographies. His expertise includes maintaining strong relationships with family offices and opportunity funds, navigating complex financial landscapes, establishing tailored solutions, and facilitating major deals.

Gordon was previously a director at Novus Capital where he specialized in Corporate Finance, M&A, debt facilitation, and equity capital markets, overseeing significant transactions for both listed and unlisted companies. Before this, he was also the Head of Distribution at Brookfield Multiplex, Managing Director at Lamont Commodities, and also built the intermediary distribution platform of Invesco Australia. In addition, Gordon is also the Managing Director of GIA Captial Solutions where he provides advisory and investment banking services to companies across diverse sectors such as mining, biotech, and IT services.

Gordon is known for his strategic business development acumen, strong stakeholder relationships, and commitment to driving organizational growth and transformation.

Indra Ruthramoorthy

Executive Director

Indra joined Bridge Street Capital Partners in 2024 bringing over two decades of experience in natural resources corporate advisory including strategic advice to executives and Boards, capital raising, transaction structuring, negotiation and execution.

Indra has previously been an Executive Director of RFC Ambrian, where she primarily led oil and gas corporate finance assignments and managed the firm’s investment fund.  Prior to that, she worked as a strategy consultant at Capgemini Ernst & Young, based out of its Sydney and Tokyo offices.

Indra is a mentor of AusIMM’s Women in Mining network and also to clean energy startups.

Daniel Seeney

Senior Analyst

Daniel has close to 20 years of experience in financial services and capital markets across corporate finance, equity research and funds management with industry leaders including PwC, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup and Investors Mutual. Daniel qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has dual Bachelors in Economics and Commerce from the University of Queensland. Daniel founded QValue in 2018 as a specialist independent provider of equity research services focused on small cap companies. Daniel is a generalist but has specific industry expertise across the mining and technology sectors.
